Arcadian Landscapes is a must for everyone, including organizations, owners, managers and students involved in the heritage sector and the development of cultural tourism. The congress is the spotlight project for the country houses and landed estates in 2018 for the European Year of Cultural Heritage.
International exchange of heritage knowledge
At the centre of this two-day conference is the challenge to enhance the significance and future value of this European heritage, to increase the public reach, to share knowledge and to make a connection with the new heritage policy. To be able to organise this it is essential to have good cooperation between education, government, entrepreneurs and organisations. But how can we achieve this? What opportunities do we have to open up our heritage, to keep the narratives alive for young and old and to provide a meaningful perspective of the future?
