The October meeting will focus on Slow Food Travel and offer a unique opportunity to learn from Michele Rumiz, director Slow Food Travel at Slow Food International, and Eckart Mandler, manager of the successful Slow Food Travel Carinthia project in Austria.
The HTHIC Heritage & slow TourismLAB meeting on Slow Food Travel will be part of the Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2020-2021 programme. We are truly honoured. Terra Madre, the most important international Slow Food event dedicated to good, clean and fair food.
